ERP Strategies founders represent two generations of knowledge, skills, and experiences. We apply state-of-the-art (modern) analytical data methods to old or new business challenges, such as digitizing manufacturing (for example, MES to ERP integration) or tracking raw materials and finished products in drop-shipping business scenarios.
Andreas Graesser, CEO and Co-founder
Andreas holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification and drives Digital Business Transformation for his clients. He brings his extensive experience to various industries, designing and implementing cutting-edge digital transformation strategies and crafting clients’ digital vision and tactical goals.
With over 21 years at SAP as the Senior Vice President of Global Support, Andreas led numerous complex transformational programs across North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. His leadership and expertise have driven success in highly intricate digital initiatives worldwide.
Since 2020, Andreas has been imparting his knowledge to the next generation of business leaders, teaching MBA and undergraduate students at the Villanova School of Business in Management Information Systems. Additionally, he advises CSL, a global biotech company, on their ERP transformation, leveraging his deep understanding of digital ecosystems.
